  1. Overview:
  2.    This window shows summary information for the company. 
  3.       All fields on this window are display only.
  4.  
  5. Fields:
  6.    Company - The current company name is shown.  This field may 
  7.       not be changed.
  8.   
  9.    Total payments
  10.       This year - This field shows the total payments made to this 
  11.          company, this year.  To adjust this total, use the "Edit - 
  12.          Change Total Payments - This Year" menu selection. 
  13.  
  14.       Last year - This field shows the total payments made to this 
  15.          company, last year.  To adjust this total, use the "Edit - 
  16.          Change Total Payments - Last Year" menu selection.  To roll
  17.          this year's totals to last year, run a "Company Summary Report". 
  18.  
  19.    Last payment
  20.       Amount - This field shows the last payment amount made to this 
  21.          company.
  22.  
  23.       Date - This field shows the date of last payment made to this 
  24.          company.
  25.  
  26.       Check # - This field shows the check number of the last payment
  27.          made to this company.
  28.  
  29.    Current due
  30.       Amount - This field shows total amount of bills entered from this
  31.          company, but not yet paid.
  32.  
  33.       Count - This field shows total number of bills entered from this
  34.          company, but not yet paid.

  36. Buttons:
  37.    Ok - Returns to the "Company Information" window.
  38.  
  39.    Cancel - Returns to the "Company Information" window.

  41. Menu Bar:
  42.    File:
  43.       Exit - Leave this program.  An option will be presented to take
  44.          a back-up of all files.  This option is recommended.
  45.  
  46.    Edit:
  47.       Change Total Payments
  48.          This Year - Allows adjustment of the total payments made
  49.             to this company, this year.
  50.  
  51.          Last Year - Allows adjustment of the total payments made
  52.             to this company, last year.
  53.  
  54.    Options:
  55.       Special Fields - Opens another window of fields for this company.
  56.          Included are the default description, catagory, and due date
  57.          for bill entry.  You should select this option after adding
  58.          any new company.
  59.  
  60.    Windows:
  61.       Bank Accounts - Opens another window for bank account
  62.          information.  You can use this option to select a new
  63.          bank account, or change the account information.
  64.  
  65.       Catagories - Opens another window for catagory information.
  66.          You can use this option to add a new catagory for bill entry.
  67.  
  68.       Check Register - Opens another window to select and display 
  69.          the check register for the current bank.
  70.  
  71.       Company Information - This item can not be selected. 
  72.          To return to "Company Information" use "OK" or "Cancel".

  74.       Enter Bills - Opens another window to enter bills.  Bills 
  75.          can be entered as soon as they are received. 
  76.  
  77.       Pay Bills - Opens another window to select and pay bills.
  78.          Bills can be selected for payment by company, catagory, or
  79.          due date.

  81.    Help:
  82.       I'm Stuck - You found this option, it is what you are
  83.          currently reading.

  85.       Error Messages - Shows all fatal error messages and their
  86.          corrective actions.

  88.       About - Shows information about this program.  Including how
  89.          to register.
